Getting seriously injured and not being able to practice my beloved sport made me start carefully listening to my pains & asking 'why' was this happening. This got me into a very deep rabbit hole that connected things that were laying unattended for 20 years, waiting to be listened. 

Who would have told me that my mouth breathing pattern were facilitating so many of my chronic athletic pains? My long hours of sleep? My chronic high activation levels? My unresolved mouth issues?

So far, my energy levels have increased, reduced my stress levels, my sleep improved, together with my posture and mobility, helping me resolve my chronic ankle, knee & hip pains.

Over the years, I have invested thousands of € on every kind of coach / therapist / physician out there, lots of energy and almost 10 years making questions and connecting dots. In this e-book, I share some of the things that would have avoided me lots of suffering, including:
